The AAC is designed to assist undergraduate students with core curriculum and Texas Success Initiative information, especially during their first year of enrollment. In addition, the AAC provides advice to and support for students interested in pre-professional programs (dentistry, medicine, nursing, physical therapy, veterinary medicine, and law). The Undergraduate Scholars at UH Academic Advising Center also acts as an information and referral center to provide advisors and undergraduate students with timely and accurate core curriculum and Texas Success Initiative (TSI) information.
