Delivery Services will be charging an hourly rate to do research for Postal charges that are more than two months old. If less than two months, there will be no charge, because it is current work.

If older than two months, there will be a $20/hr charge for said research. The minimum charge is for one hour of work. We will need a cost center number prior to engaging any research.
