Research Interests

My research focuses on understanding and alleviating burnout and promoting well-being in healthcare students and professionals through innovative educational strategies. Additionally, I aim to integrate quality improvement principles into health professions education to promote resilience, inclusivity, and equitable learning environments. By bridging theory and practice, my work seeks to enhance the well-being and educational experiences of healthcare students and healthcare professionals.
