  • AllOne Health EAP Services Now Available!

    HR POWER UP Employee Wellness encourages you to take advantage of your Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Call or log in 24/7 for confidential support/counseling with any number of issues. For Eap information or services, please visit the AllOneHealth.com/DeerOaks portal to “Sign Up” and create your account using your email and company code: UHMC (The Company Code and Password are the same, UHMC.)  and then download the app to your phone.  You may also call toll-free 1-888-993-7650.

  • GetFitTexas Challenge!

    Join the GetFitTexas Challenge! HR POWER UP Employee Wellness Invites you to get fit in 2023 by participating in this 10 week physical activity challenge that begins Jan. 20!  Engage in physical activity for 150 minutes 6 weeks out of the 10, and you complete the challenge.   • CPR Training Available

    UH Campus Safety – Occupational Health Services is currently offering no-cost American Heart Association Heart Saver CPR/AED Training to all interested employees. The four-hour instructor-led course is highly interactive and is typically offered twice a month in a classroom setting. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive Heart Saver CPR/AED certification valid for two years. View the training schedule and enroll today!

     

  • Catapult Health Checkups Come to Campus

    This spring BCBSTX HealthSelect and Catapult Health bring no-cost preventive health check-ups to the University of Houston.  These preventive checkups provide important measurements that can help improve and protect your health and wellbeing. Learn your numbers, then take steps now to prevent cardiovascular and other diseases and live well longer! The date and times for the onsite clinic will be announced soon.

A mental health Virtual Visit is similar to an outpatient visit to a mental health provider’s office but the visit is conducted online via video conference only.
