The Statistical Handbook provides insights into our students and the effectiveness of our efforts to improve our programs at the University of Houston. Student Enrollment
Explore student enrollment trends based on certified data. Study trends by major,
academic level, race/ethnicity, gender, full-time/part-time status, residency, and
new admit status.
FTIC Profile
Examine student enrollment trends of our Fall First-Time-in-College (FTIC) student
populations (cohorts). The reports allow for viewing data by multiple student demographics
like race/ethnicity, gender, first generation college student as well as in-coming
characteristics such as SAT/ACT test scores and high school rank.
Degree
View trends in student success with trend data on the degrees awarded. Dig into these
data by degree level, college, department, major, race/ethnicity, and gender.
Retention and Graduation
Track student retention and graduation rate for FTIC students and students transferring
with 60 or more credit hours. Data shows year-to-year retention as well as graduation
rates at each year.
Faculty
Find trends about those teaching at the University of Houston, focusing on rank and
tenure/tenure-track faculty, race/ethnicity, and gender. The data include both regular
and adjunct faculty. Dashboards for teaching assistants are also included.
Admissions
Study the number of students applying to, being admitted to, and enrolling at the
