Where: Nora’s Home near the Texas Medical Center
What: Nora’s Home offers solid organ transplant patients and their families an affordable place to stay in the Texas Medical Center (TMC) where they can find support and share experiences with others, in the comfort of a home-like environment. The home is located 2.5 miles from the TMC and serves patients suffering from end stage organ disease and facing the need for life saving transplant surgery.
Want to make a direct impact? There is nothing like guests coming home to a delicious, hot meal after a long day at the clinic. Whether that be volunteers preparing and serving a group meal, dropping a meal off, or catering a meal, our guests love getting a break!
We will have a cap of 10 volunteers! So this will be a first come first serve volunteering event.
