Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Supervisor with 15 years of experience serving others. Her career began in child welfare and later expanded to early childhood education, school districts, and maintains a private practice. She brings extensive experience in providing individual, group, and family counseling.
Ashley’s therapeutic approach is holistic, collaborative, and strengths-based. She tailors sessions to each client's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. She provides a warm, open, and direct space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Ashley believes clients are “the driver” of their treatment and enjoys joining them as “a passenger” on their journey, helping to steer their lives toward the goals they wish to achieve. Ashley enjoys reading, listening to live music, and traveling.
