Clinical Child Psychology
The Clinical Child Psychology (CCP) concentration at the University of Houston provides rigorous academic training in research and clinical interventions with youth ranging from infancy to young adulthood. Consistent with a clinical science approach to training, CCP faculty work closely with mentees to develop the next generation of academic clinical child psychologists who are actively involved in generating, applying, and disseminating scientific findings related to the psychosocial development; behavioral, affective and physical health; and evidence-based treatment of children and families.
