Sign-Up

We ask that you please sign up for our program before using our services. The process can be started by following the steps below.

Please note that you are required to sign up before your first visit to the Cougar Cupboard.

How to Sign-Up

1. If it is your first time registering, please obtain your FSH ID with the Houston Food Bank by using this link!
2. If you have an FSH, proceed with the following instructions.
3. Login to AccessUH.
4. On the launch page, when you log in, there will be an icon labeled Cougar Cupboard.
   • Looks like this!
     
5. After clicking, you will then be redirected to a login page.
6. Select “Login at University of Houston.”
   • You will log in like you normally would access your Outlook email.
7. You will then be redirected to fill out registration questions
8. Registration questions include your name and FSH
9. If you already have an FSH, you do not need to re-register with the Houston Food Bank
10. When you enter your FSH, it will not allow you to type the “FSH”; please just type in the number associated with your ID.
11. Once you submit your information, it will take you to a page labeled appointments (more to come)
12. And you are done!

The Houston Food Bank is not a government service and does not receive federal funding. Client information does not leave the Houston Food Bank and is only used for research purposes. Individual client data or identifying information will not be shared.
