The Center for Student Involvement (CSI) believes that civic engagement is at the core of a high functioning community. This section of resources is designed to help you learn about your community and the positive impacts that engagement can have on both you and others.

You can still put some good out into the world from their couches. Multilingual students can serve as webpage translators, empathetic listeners can volunteer with 7 Cups, and sighted students can download Be My Eyes to lend aid to blind and visually-impaired.
This Canadian site FarmFood 360 offers 11 Virtual Tours of farms from minks, pigs, and cows, to apples and eggs.

Plus, the local non-profit groups that your campus usually partners with and the philanthropies that student orgs support may also appreciate virtual help. Reach out to see how you can continue supporting their work.
