Dianna Vaughan is the senior vice president, global owner relations, support and benefits
for Hilton Worldwide. She has been an integral part of Hilton for over 25 years, where
she has gained extensive experience across various roles within hotel operations and
global brand management.
In her current capacity, Vaughan leads a diverse team and oversees Hilton's relationships
with hotel owners and key management companies. In addition, her team drives the development
and implementation of tools and resources, allowing these 12,000+ stakeholders to
access performance data, portfolio analysis and the extensive range of support services
that Hilton offers its partners.
With an expansive hotel portfolio of nearly 8,400 hotels across 138 countries, her
team ensures there is a consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Maximizing
returns on investments for owners is the core mission that influences all decisions
made and actions taken. Her responsibilities include spearheading Hilton's owner support
strategies and overseeing Hilton's best-in-class owners club, offering exclusive experiences
and benefits around the globe.
Previously, Vaughan served as the senior vice president of brand management, Americas,
where she oversaw brand performance support and owner relations, as well as global
quality assurance and brand standards. In addition, she has held leadership roles,
such as global head and senior vice president of the all-suites category, where she
oversaw the performance of Embassy Suites by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton and
Home2 Suites by Hilton. She has also led or launched several global brands such as
DoubleTree by Hilton, Curio Collection by Hilton and Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
Her diverse background also includes positions as vice president of Hilton Honors
loyalty program promotions and partnerships, vice president of diversity, equity and
inclusion and vice president of global enterprise marketing.
Dianna resides in Georgetown, Texas, with her husband, Mark.
