Corks & Forks 2023

Corks & Forks is an annual fall event that blends hospitality, event management and
food and beverage education. Each year features a unique theme — 2023’s is “The Big
12,” celebrating UH’s entry into the conference. Guests enjoy sports-inspired cuisine
and desserts, paired with Dean Reynolds’ curated selection of six red and six white
wines, all served by students. This spectacular night of gathering as a community
was planned and coordinated by Sara Jamieson ('25), under the professional supervision
of faculty member, Erin Kenyan. Ariana Silva ('23), an Event Management student, is
responsible for marketing and social media content.
