A Conversation with Houston Mayor John Whitmire

Houston Mayor John Whitmire reflected on his first year at City Hall and shared his vision for the city's future with Hobby School Senior Research Fellow Richard Murray at the 2025 Hobby School of Public Affairs Luncheon. The event proceeds benefit Hobby Fellows working as full-time legislative interns at the Texas Capitol during the biennial lawmaking session. You can still support tomorrow's public service leaders by making a contribution of any amount.
