Hall Council Points provide incentive for our year-long competition between Hall Councils to be involved in RHA and NRHH, program, and do advocacy work! At the end of the year RHA will contribute $1000 to an end-of-the-year program to the Hall Council with the most points.

The Hall Council Points break down is as follows:

• 5 - passing legislation
• 1- attending NRHH meeting
• 1- full Hall Council attendance
• 1 - RHA event attendance
• 2 - RHA event volunteering
• 1 - NRHH event attendance
• 2 - NRHH event volunteering
• 2 - attending roundtable
• 1 - additional OTM
• 2 - active program
• 1 - passive program
• 1 - attending GA
