Each April, communities nationwide celebrate National Public Health Week to honor public health efforts and promote wellness. This year’s theme is Your Resilience Starts Here. UH Wellness invites you to join us for a week of events focused on helping you Recharge Your Resilience before finals and summer break.

Are You Smarter Than a Health Educator?

How much do you know about public health? Test your knowledge against the UH Wellness health educators for prizes and bragging rights.
Healthier Substance Use, Healthier Coogs with Counseling and Psychological Services

Stucent Center South Downtown Room
This is a drop-in group for non-sober students who are curious about optimizing health and/or exploring ways to reduce the negative impacts of substance use.

Navigating Healthy Relationships

A workshop on navigating relationships where you will learn how to define a healthy relationship, learn the signs of an unhealthy relationship and learn how to respond when someone crosses a boundary.
Wednesday, April 3
Unwind with Wellness on Wednesdays: Recess w/ Campus Rec and Student Housing and Residential Life
11 AM- 1 PM
Campus Recreation Lawn
Recess is a wellness event designed to give you a break from your daily routines and promote relaxation and stress relief. In collaboration with Campus Recreation, this event will provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can complete a physical challenge, take a short Zumba class, play yard games, or just relax in the sun.
