- Helping to prepare biannual activity and budget reports for the Provost and Oversight Committee and the Center’s annual report.
- Keeping a careful budget of Center expenditures.

- Managing the contracts and travel for speakers and visiting professors.
- Being on hand at events to help with set up and takedown.
- Event advertising.
- Helping to coordinate arrangements for the annual Visiting Professor.
- Working with Government Affairs and the Development Office to bring VIPs to campus for events.
The part-time administrative assistant will work 20 hours per week. The position will be listed as an Administrative Assistant.

The Director will receive a one month summer stipend; each Assistant Director (up to a maximum of two) will receive $6000 each.
